Our Team

U GOT DANCE is owned and operated by G. Randall Munger, a successful entrepreneur with many accomplishments to his credit. He is the founder of Homemakers Magazine and Canadian House & Home, two of Canada’s best-known consumer publications, and of Advantex Marketing International Inc.

Lisa Levstein, Program Director, is a seasoned communications professional and mother of two boys. She served for many years on the Parent Board of West Prep Children’s Centre and on the West Prep Parent Advisory Council. She holds a B.Sc. in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from New York University, and an MBA from Baruch College, City University of New York.

Niky Johnson, Artistic Director, is an accomplished dancer, choreographer and dance instructor. She has appeared in films and TV productions including Hairspray, Honey, Degrassi The Next Generation, and MuchMusic. Niky has taught Hip Hop and Street Dance at some of Toronto’s finest private and public schools including Havergal College, St. Clement’s, Etobicoke School for the Arts, Branksome Hall, Bishop Strachan, John Ross Robertson Public School, and many more.

We employ some of the best instructors in the field, many with professional credentials that include film, stage, television and more.

In addition to their dancing talent, our instructors are selected for their teaching skills and their ability to relate to their students, ensuring that they bring a contagious sense of fun and enthusiasm to UGD teaching assignments.

All instructors must have completed police reference checks before being assigned to a UGD program.
